"TOP CLASS! I found this company via a local Facebook page. I messaged Ben via the page and he responded in a timely manner. He told me how much it would cost for the drawings required and within a weekwe arranged a visit and measure up of the area. The drawings were emailed to me promptly and despite me asking for different roof designs for me to look at, nothing was too much trouble. EXCELLENT SERVICE I was introduced to Ben @ Llewellin Architectural Design by a friend who had also used his services. I already had planning application drawings completed by someone else and Ben moved themon, corrected them in places and produced building regulation drawings and helped me with the application process. I wish I had been introduced to him earlier as I would have asked him to do my planning application drawings too. He is very reasonably priced, quick, precise, very clear and very professional making time for us to ask questions and accommodating our small design changes. He also has a structural engineer contact who he liaised with to produce the structural calculations for us too – no messing about on our part. He also has a few builder contacts too which has helped us enormously in finding a builder. I’m confident too that if we need him he’ll advise us with the build as we go along. I have no hesitation in recommending him and giving him this positive review.
